1. Scope:

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop www.koalaknirpse.de between KoalaKnirpse, email: support@koalakides.uk (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”).

2. Conclusion of contract:

The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation or by delivering the goods.

3. Right of withdrawal:

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Further information can be found on the page with the return and refund conditions.

4. Prices and terms of payment:

All prices are final prices and include statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately. The customer can choose between different payment methods listed in the online shop.

5. Delivery and shipping conditions:

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are specified on the shipping conditions page. If an item is not available, the customer will be informed.

6. Retention of title:

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

7. Liability for defects (warranty):

The statutory liability for defects applies. The customer must report obvious defects immediately, at the latest 14 days after receipt of the goods.

8. Applicable law:

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers residing in another EU country benefit from the binding consumer protection regulations of their country of residence.

9. Alternative dispute resolution:

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Consumer complaints:

Defective product: If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they can contact support@koalakids.uk within 14 days of receiving the goods. The seller will offer an appropriate solution (e.g., exchange or refund).
