Shipping policy

We value environmentally friendly shipping. We currently offer deliveries within the UK.

Order processing time:

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, with a cut-off time of 5:00 p.m. (GMT).

Delivery time:

After shipment from the warehouse, it takes between 7 and 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Shipping costs:

A flat shipping fee of £ 2.95 applies to all shipments.

❌ Package received/not received – problems (damaged, defective, etc.) – what to do?

If you receive your order and find that the package is damaged or the product is defective, we have the following solutions for you:

1. Damaged/lost package:

Please send us an email with a photo of the package you received showing the damage. We will then take care of everything else and send you a new product or refund the purchase price.

2. Defective product:

In this case, please briefly describe the defect and ideally send us a photo/video of the defect. We will refund the purchase price if the case is approved.

3. Incorrect delivery address:

If you have accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact your local delivery service (DHL, Hermes, DPD, etc.) and request a new delivery. We cannot do anything here as you are the recipient. You will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
